Privacy Policy
Gym Life: Pixel Fitness Sim ("Gym Life") is a game made by Nicolas Frugoni, trading as Frusoft ("we", "us"), who is the controller of your personal data. This page explains what the game collects, why, who helps us run it, and your choices.
The short version
- You play without an account: we create an anonymous ID so your game can be backed up.
- We store your save game and, if you play the leagues, your character's name and scores.
- Anonymous usage stats (which screens and minigames get used) help us balance the game. You can turn them off in Settings → Privacy.
- No ads. No advertising ID. No tracking across apps. We never sell your data.
- Delete everything any time from the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
What we collect and why

Reminders are scheduled on your phone; we don't use push tokens. The game's body and nutrition numbers are about your fictional character, not you. We don't collect health data about you.
Who processes it
Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) hosts the accounts, save games and leagues, in the EU (europe-west1 and eur3), and processes the anonymous usage stats (Google Analytics for Firebase). Apple handles Sign in with Apple if you use it. They act as our processors.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. Deleting it removes your account, save game and league entries from our servers right away; local data stays on your phone until you delete the app. Anonymous usage stats aren't linked to your account and are kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Most of this you can do in the app; for anything else, email support@frusoft.dev. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Gym Life isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. The game depicts a fictional use of performance-enhancing drugs as a risky choice with health consequences.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app for important changes.
