How do I keep my game if I change phones?
On iPhone, go to Settings (the gear, top right) → Account → Continue with Apple. Your game is then saved to your Apple ID; sign in the same way on the new phone and it comes back.
How do the leagues work?
Every week (Monday to Sunday, UTC) you're ranked with other players in your division by how much your physique score grows. Using enhancers even once moves you to the Enhanced league for good.
Why is my character losing muscle?
Not enough protein, too big a calorie deficit, poor sleep or a week without training. Check the Plan tab: the calorie and protein bars show your targets.
